I chose this business after thorough review of their background, feedback from past clients, and a solid rating from the BBB. From the first contact with Sr. Manager, I knew I wanted this company to do my work. The oversight of the job, from beginning to end, was thorough and professional. When an issue with the specifics of the work to be done arose, I received a prompt response and, to my surprise, the owner of the company reached out to me as well. He took valuable time to hear my concerns and provide me with explanations and information. I felt like I was his only customer and the most important thing he had to do that day. In the end, my issue was resolved beyond my expectations. From the people who did the work, to senior management, everyone I dealt with demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction. I am very pleased with the final outcome of the work and would like to thank everyone (sorry - there was one additional gentleman there one day whose name I cannot remember) - for your professionalism, devotion, commitment, and talents. Our charbroiler is up and running. Thank you so much for the help. I wanted to give a shoutout to the tech that came out. His name is Carlos Martiz and is with RM services out of Schamburg Il.
This gentleman came in and not only got us up and running but provided excellent training to the team on proper cleaning and maintenance. Additionally, he went out of his way to change a gas line, add a cut off switch, and find a power cord just to ensure we were taken care of.
Best service tech I have worked with in my career.
