Our charbroiler is up and running. Thank you so much for the help. I wanted to give a shoutout to the tech that came out. His name is Carlos Martiz and is with RM services out of Schamburg Il.
This gentleman came in and not only got us up and running but provided excellent training to the team on proper cleaning and maintenance. Additionally, he went out of his way to change a gas line, add a cut off switch, and find a power cord just to ensure we were taken care of.
Best service tech I have worked with in my career.
